Affiliate program: tracking contract

Last updated: August 2026

This page documents exactly how to send traffic to Bob Can Fix Your House and how attribution works. It is the single source of truth for affiliates.

Landing pages

Tracking links (preferred)

Affiliates in our network receive a personal tracking link per campaign from their account manager, in the form:

https://relquo.com/c/<campaign>/<your-affiliate-id>?sub1=..&sub2=..&sub3=..&sub4=..&sub5=..

The link records the click, assigns a click ID and redirects to the right landing page with attribution attached automatically. Conversions (validated leads) fire back server-to-server to your configured postback URL with your click ID - no pixel needed. sub1-sub5 are echoed end to end.

Direct-link parameters (fallback)

ParameterMeaningRequired
aff_idYour affiliate ID, assigned by usYes
click_idYour unique click / transaction ID. Echoed back in the conversion postback.Yes, for postbacks
s1-s5Free-form sub-IDs (source, placement, creative, keyword, anything)No

Example:

https://bobcanfixyourhouse.com/roofing/?aff_id=123&click_id=abc-789&s1=native&s2=creative-14

Persistence

Click parameters are captured at the edge on first pageview and persisted in a first-party cookie for 30 days (last click wins). A conversion anywhere on the site within that window carries your parameters, even if the visitor navigates between pages before converting.

What counts as a conversion

A validated form submission (US visitor, valid US phone and ZIP, bot checks passed). Phone-call conversions are attributed per campaign setup. Duplicate submissions (same phone and category within a short window) are collapsed into one, and repeated conversion events on the same click are idempotent - one click converts once.

Postbacks

Conversion postbacks fire server-to-server to the postback URL configured on your account, with macro support for {click_id}, {sub1}-{sub5}, {payout} and {event}. Configure the URL with your account manager.
